    LineCoaching Nutrition is addressed to people who wish to improve their health by rebalancing their diet (dietary diversity, respect for the balance of different food groups) while listening to their eating sensations (intuitive nutrition).

    The program advises in particular on the adaptation of the diet in case of :

    • High glycemia (moderate to medium pre-diabetes)

    • Moderately high/medium high cholesterol

    • Moderate to medium hypertension

    Jean-Michel Lecerf, nutritionist and specialist in endocrinology and metabolic diseases

    Head of the Nutrition Department at the Pasteur Institute of Lille, Jean-Michel Lecerf has been taking a new and avant-garde look at nutrition for 30 years.     The 9 stages of your program The Linecoaching Nutrition program helps you to regulate your diet in a sustainable way. (This itinerary is an example, as the order of the steps may differ depending on the profile obtained from your intake questionnaire).

      Take stock of your diet and your health, analyze your dietary balance and your relationship with food, and then build a program tailored to your needs and your dietary profile.

    • Learn how to build your food pyramid, your plates, vary your food every day and, above all, rediscover the pleasure of eating, without negative thoughts, to build a healthy and sustainable food balance.

    • Whether you suffer from pre-diabetes, diabetes or not, learn how to control your glycemia, identify foods with a high glycemic index and identify the sugars in your diet to regulate your glycemia.

    • Whether you suffer from hypertension or not, learn more about the foods suitable for this pathology, how alcohol and salt, among other things, impact your blood pressure, so you can build a suitable diet.

    • Whether you suffer from cholesterol problems or not, learn how to build a suitable food pyramid, identify the fats in your diet and classify cholesterol-rich foods to keep your cholesterol under control.

    • I'm physically active

    • Explore your sense of hunger to differentiate between gluttony and “good hunger”, so you can eat at the right time, according to your needs and without overindulging.

    • Discover mindful eating to enjoy your meal with all the attention it deserves. Eat less and more slowly, while enjoying the sensations of food.
